Oh, hi.

I'm Leyla. This is my blog.

Ugh. I almost hate saying that. Blogging is kind of embarrassing. But I'm the most forgetful person ever and I need a way to remember the details. I could try a scrapbook or a journal but that's even less me than a blog.

I tell myself that I'm going to remember the fun (and not so fun) things we did together, and the first words, and the growth stats....and then I forget them immediately. So I'm writing them down and posting pictures.

I completely forgot that I had been good about writing a year-ish ago....and then I logged on and melted into a happy mess as I read and remembered all the details of a year ago. So I'm giving it another go. Probably won't be pretty or formatted well or anything....but it's not meant to be for you. Just me. My life isn't really that pretty or formatted, so I think it all works out.
